Operating from a 125,000 sq ft facility, they produce DSA-approved portable classrooms, science labs, admin offices, childcare centers, kitchens, restrooms, and other modular buildings. Buildings are constructed primarily from wood on steel frames, designed to meet or exceed California seismic building standards, with 70-95% recycled content and 100% recyclable materials. Buildings are crane-installed in days and fully habitable within 30 days. They serve educational institutions throughout California with safe, reliable, and sustainable modular workspace solutions.
