Pacific Maintenance Company (PMC), founded in 1931 and formerly headquartered at 2175 Martin Avenue, Santa Clara, California, was one of the pioneers in the development of protocols for cleanroom cleaning and gowning, as well as the first formalized submicron cleaning protocols in the world. PMC specialized in janitorial, high tech, cGMP, and bio-pharmaceutical facility cleaning as well as electrical, painting, facilities support, and landscaping services with over 700 employees throughout the United States, cleaning 35 million square feet daily. In October 2018, C&W Services acquired PMC's controlled environments practice, bringing pioneering qualifications in cGMP compliance, cleanroom cleaning, gowning, and submicron cleaning. The combined organization has 60+ years of experience in controlled environment services.
